I was scheduled for a root canal consult today 5/5/26. Dr. Issac Lee and his assistant Christine were professional, kind, compassionate and caring. Christine made me feel relaxed and worry free. Dr. Lee told me I needed a root canal and asked if I wanted it done today. I told him yes, he was very gentle the entire time. Best "ROOT CANAL EVER." I can't omit the front desk staff they were phenomenal too. I would recommend PreservEndo of Cary to anyone that need to have root canal. Thank you PreservEndo for making my experience great.❤️

I was referred here from my dentist and I can say that Dr. Lee was really sweet, kind, and he made me feel comfortable. The young receptionist was also very kind. After reading the reviews before my appointment made me feel a little leery, but I’m glad I had a great experience. If I do decide to get a root canal I would definitely let Dr. Lee do it.

Highly recommend PreservEndo of Cary. I was referred by my General Dentist for root canal retreatment. Dr Lee is an excellent, skilled, and efficient endodontist, his assessment was detailed and reassuring, and the procedure was efficiently and effectively executed. The procedural assistants are highly professional and excel at making the patient comfortable. The front office staff are wonderful, thoroughly explaining cost details, insurance knowledgeable, and are excellent with follow-up. You will be well served by using this office and highly professional staff.

Was referred by my dentist to check on an old root canal. Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Lee explained everything clearly and I was in and out very quickly.

Dr. Lee is fantastic. My tooth even had an extra canal and he did a great job. He is clinically an outstanding endodontist. Front staff is very polite and helpful. Assistants are very good too.
